We cannot run a business with no attendance policy. People come and go as they please. Either turn the attendance policy back on or delete MC voices permanently. We cannot service our customers and fill the floor with 2 or 3 call offs a shift sometimes even more. You do the math at our store we are averaging 20% increase in sales a day with 25% less staff showing up. ITS BS

Not sure if its a glitch or not but now you can't see who called out on the roster in the handhelds.
It just looks like people are scheduled off.

I just got fired today for attendance. I have missed 23 days of work since this started and I was told that absences no longer count. I am too scared to consistently come to work as I dont want to give the virus to my cat Sprinkles. I was fired for being over 5 points. Managers didnt tell me that the policy was back in place or I would have gotten a cat sitter. Is there something I can do or someone I can call?
The last day for no points call out is June 30th!
Attendance tracking starts back up July 1st!!

Probably tires calling out and the members calling in to complain.
Covid doesn't exist anymore with all the riots that have happened.
Ridiculous, its a virus out here k–ling people and sams want make member wear mask to protect us but we have to wear mask to protect them, and they working us to death with mask on trying to please the member who want even where a mask, but you trying to win perfect attendence, i call out anytime i get stressed with the situation , are something on the news concern me about it, you go be all you can be for sams
those whining about me taking off work are doing so because when I am not there they actually have to do some work ! Most who whine about what others are not doing are whining to cover the fact they are doing little and dont want the powers that be to notice. I know a snitch who tells on others so his poor work is not noticed. Same goes for those boo hooing about me calling off.
I’m with the scary cat poster. If it’s bad enough we have to wear a mask, it’s bad enough I’m staying home.
I for one have taken advantage of the policy. Here is my logic. If Walmart is so scared of a nearly make believe disease enough to force us to nearly suffocate each day while stocking the I am scared enough of the same fantasy that I will stay home once a week for "safety" . oOOOO I am frightened of a disease very very very very few are even bothered with let alone actually die of. As long as they are trying to force us to be scared then scared I am. Enough to take a day or more off per work week !!!
