CONTACT-TRACE the TOXIC Managers and maintain a Database of their toxicity and rank

Write down the names of all these micromanagers and perform contact-tracing to determine the boundaries of their network. It is important for the world to know 'the exact nature of these people' and their TOXIC management techniques so that some books can be published for future generations.

These nasty natured managers have been emboldened by 'silence from the lambs' and their 'silent suffering'. It is time for LION-hearted LAMBERTS to come out and identify these people and ensure they are ostracized properly and held "ACCOUNTABLE" for abusing people's goodwill.

It's when good people do nothing and choose to endure and ignore—when 'evil' managers prevail!

Stand up and assert your moral position with moral fortitude. Otherwise, the good managers will be crushed by the weight of these toxic managers.

Do it your for yourself, your friends, your brothers, sisters, family, children, grandchildren, the community, the region, our 'morally strong' society, our nation and for our world and its future. This abuse needs to STOP!

@1kou & @1nrn: Yes I tend to agree with you. Yes there are some toxic managers. And yes there are also some toxic employees that are never happy about anything and I suspect the OP falls in that category. I think we've all worked with “that guy” in our careers.

For anyone who doesn't recognize it, the OP is speaking facetiously, mocking those of us who think that by posting here about mismanagement at HW, things might improve. Making light of our desire to just be treated well. This may not be immediately clear to those for whom English is a second or third language.

Managers are in a tough situation.
If they speak up to try and change an organization, they get a group of people upset. If their people miss milestones, or fail to meet metrics, they get bottom blocked.

But this I know, managers generally have 20-30 people. They in no way do they have the time to micromanage anyone willingly. Only those they don't have faith in would get such attention.

Also, there are employees that classify a weekly meeting with their manager as micromanagement and work behind the scenes to undermine the group. My biggest mistake as a manager was not firing such an employee (and I was given that option) thinking they would come around.

Wow, one would be hard-pressed to find a better example than this, of the toxicity we face daily at this company. Heading for the shower...

I left Honeywell a while back for a different company. I’ve been asked plenty of times to provide information on people applying from Honeywell.

Bad managers will definitely have difficulty getting around. Sleep tight.

Assert your moral position with moral fortitude?

Whilst angrily denouncing and wanting to publicly osterize mangares and while ollecting a paycheck?

One may think that the morally correct option would be to determine that this is no longer a good fit and to move on.

Interesting morals.
