Don't select anything. No one go 32 or 24 or w/e. Refuse to accept either. I didn't see a option for 40 anyway.... So im guess they are hoping people will think they have to choose 24 or 32.
Don't do it people until your give the offer sheet you don't accept the offer... It's simple negotiating
Anyone notice in the training it says your severance pay is based off the hrs you select. Sounds like the writing is on the wall.
Oh yeah that is 100% the tactic and once you select new hours its binding you cant go back.
Interesting tactic, send everyone an option of switching to 24 or 32 hours. Surely some will get confused and pick one when they want to stay at 40 hours. Shame on the company!
Lol sooo the only people they are making choose between 24 and 32 hours are current part timers. If you're already a full timer at 40 hours, you will stay there unless you so choose.
So nobody is forcing anybody to step down from full time
