Nov is supposed to be an equal opportunity company but it’s not white workers get 7 to 9 dollars an hour more than Hispanic and African workers ...Equal opportunity applies to white workers only and only white.There should be a set scale wages to all workers men and women

We happy to take your low paying jobs. We come to your country and all live in one house so our low pay don’t matter. Then we convince you to move all manufacturing to my beautiful country. Especially, Rig, the boss man is from my country.

@1drp+15obLnuW I agree 100%. In my shop there is all races, Blacks, Asians, Hispanic and Whites and all are payed depending on what you know and can do. We have some Asians making more than they are worth, same with blacks and whites. Get over it OP, it's not a race issue.

Ah yes the oil and gas industry; the more that changes the more that stays the same. I'm sorry to hear you're going through this sh–. It's systemic in O&G, having seen examples all the way back to the mid-2000s. No one wants to hear about it, no one wants to fix it. Hopefully burning this company to the ground will bring some change.
It’s not just about race. A male in my department made DOUBLE my salary, and did a fraction of the work. NOV is not about equal anything. It’s about who you know!
