Reps have one card to play call the u word if enough cards get signed per the nlrb all changes get paused until a contract is put into place and existing work conditions that are in place stay. At this point people are losing but loads of money and it's very clear and evident that they want to make all reps go part time. Do you really think that you will be able to negotiate a race very strength and numbers pure facts. What do you really have to lose at this point. Also keyboard warriors and trolls and the grammar police no one cares.

How’s the Union working out for all those ATT stores that are getting closed and the ~3400 jobs being eliminated?
Your facts are incorrect
The poster has their facts incorrect. The changes will still happen. You will just lose more money.
Union NOW. Verizon has been stealing from us for too long.
Management will become tougher on employees. PIP will become the norm for all employees. You are not safe.
Union dues are less than $400 annually... I’ll happily pay $400 or even more if it means Verizon will have to jump through hoops to fire us.
Simple fact we are in the second great depression we are going to lose a bunch of money on the new plan have no choice but to fight that want to make us all part time writing is on the wall. We got nothing left to lose.
I’m with AT&T and we are union. I used to work for VZW and got fired for some BS lie that was told about me. I tried to call HR directly to get my side of the story heard. Nothing. After 10 years I was tossed out. Anyway, my point is that the union would never let that happen. I am happy to pay dues and know that the union has my back. It isn’t perfect but neither is the way VZW treats its backbone employees. You guys deserve better. Call me a troll if you like, I’m just letting you know I’ve been there and know what it feels like to give your all to a company that only cares about the bottom line.
That ship has sailed. Joining a union now will do nothing but cause u to lose more money by paying dues. Unfortunately whoever posted this is a union troll pushing hard to get us to unionize. Sadly we should have listened sooner however it will never happen at this point. More layoffs, more closures & more disappointing changes coming
