Have you not met the truly morally bankrupt people left in leadership at fiserv? They follow no rules

I thought there were policies at Fiserv to give the employee a chance to improve? How could they just let you go unless you violated code of conduct and were released for cause. This is seriously c-appy if they aren’t following documented policy.

Your manager didn't even have the b@lls to tell you himself or at least give you a heads up? That is seriously messed up. I've had to let people go before, for cause, and I always gave them a heads up why we were going to HR. I can't imagine giving a lame excuse to go to HR only to surprise them by saying 'you're fired'. Seriously messed up.

Very sorry to hear this. You deserved to be treated better. I hope you find a better opportunity soon, they are out there. Keep the faith

Hopefully, if it does happen, they'll be actual layoffs and not simply - Fired. I made a little over a 100k, so I wasn't necessarily one of those big shot earners. I worked at the Alpharetta office, was well respected, had a history of good performance, never had any write-ups , warnings, etc. I was very involved, I was a Wellness Champion volunteer, I had recently been promoted, I came to the office everyday, gladly - So, I was not just a body to come in, warm a seat and collect a paycheck... I also happened to have had very sizeable PTO balance, because I worked hard and I don't take days off.

On a video call with my manager, he tells me I don't 'look good' and asks if I can I get on a call with HR - I do and they tell me, your employment has been terminated immediately, your last paycheck is tomorrow... No package payout. No PTO payout. I was stunned to see this action. from one of 'Fortunes Most Admired Companies'

@1orn+15pJ1lnP Only on the coasts. Flyover country makes less than $100k/yr for most jobs.

The people that run the Dublin office are getting ready to execute their next round of cuts. Starting with people who in perception have crossed their family or in same way have angered them. Dublin family mafia about to end some more careers

I think most people make 100K+ so is this just telling us more lay-offs to come?
