Any news on Toronto? Will it be shutting down?

A lot of the plugs in the Cdn. orgs are temps from bodyshops like Aversan and their ilk.

So.... Rifs next week and then mission "shut down Toronto" starts in July with more layoffs? Hectic but not surprised, based on the current economic situation.
Will they keep the military programs going for a little longer but stop work on everything else? And then eventually, put the site for sale once military is done?
So we should all take this round of voluntary layoff?
