50% of what? Olathe has been throwing bodies out the back door for 20 years. The Reaper cometh, with regularity. Sometimes he comes for one, two, three, or 120, at any time. I once heard a senior director who is now a VP in Phoenix called it the "mausoleum on the plains" with glee in his eyes. What a culture.
