Your manager, and their manager all the way up the chain, is getting harassed about it, too. Whether you have completed it is so easy to measure that it is sure to be considered important. Be nice to them and do it. You don't have to actually say anything if you don't want.

@5itg+15pYrWBM Report it to ER if it is truly that bad. For me, though, if my manager asks me a question I provide an honest answer. I definitely have had managers who have appreciated it and others who have targeted me for it but at the end of the day it comes down to what I believe to be the right thing to do. There are always other jobs within and without the bank to move to if needed and who would want to stay in an area with a toxic culture anyway.

@5tme+15pYrWBM I am definitely not the problem, several teammates have expressed the same thing about being harassed, you really wouldn’t mind being reminded about it several times a day, have someone come to you and ask hey here’s a list of last years questions which do you think you won’t rate me well on? Ask you to call them to go over them but then keep saying I’m not trying to pressure you or anything? You’d be fine with all that? Gee maybe you’re a pushover

@4sgj+15pYrWBM You claim to be "harassed" then call others by foul names at the drop of a dime. Chances are, the problem is you. Either complete the survey and provide honest feedback, or don't. End of the day, it's your choice to make.

Two choices. One, you could do the survey and provide feedback that lets the company know what you want changed. Two, leave.

Now that layoffs and WFH seem to be off the radar for now, what do you guys see as the biggest issue?

Now is our time to give positive feedback for all the employee centric policies they’ve done recently.

Having to fill out these endless forms to "improve" our bank is mind numbing. Yes things are getting back to normal.
