Does anyone know what the policy is for holiday pay while on furlough? I’m getting mixed answers from management.

Exactly! There was a vacation day( Good Friday, didn’t get paid for it) during my 5 day furlough week in April. Talked to my boss and was able to take off a day ( paid) a couple weeks later make up for it.
Our site had a holiday in april. The half of the team that was furloughed got a floating holiday to use later. The half not furloughed had their normal holiday. I don't know if that policy was site specific due to union contract or company policy.
Universal answer. Whatever costs the company the least amount of ca$h.
