I am sorry for everyone here. I know you have suffered. But you all are bright and intelligent people. You all must know that Macys is at its end game. Last leg. And is now leveraging loans against properties that it cannot repay. Earnings are not at all to none, stock share price is going to fall further to mimic JCP before the years end all while selling more assets and realestate to repay debts it already owes and you guys still have hope. I wish you all well, but if I where you I'd update my resume because it's coming and coming soon.

So if I am understanding everyone correctly. There is a belief that Trump and Ivanka's line did not lead to the emmediate decline of Macys Stock. That's where everyone is sorely incorrect. It wasnt just Trump it was all of his connections and friends that pulled out of Macys also that made Macy's go from an all time high to a rapid decline in same 2015 year. It was in no way a long drawn out process as described below or a Macy's taking a back seat to e-com. Macys stock literally went from $70 per share to a little over $35 in as little as 3 months after the Macy's announcement. Your all bat sh– crazy and it will not serve you well. Serving a selfserving company. You will see. Best of luck. And by the way I drive a Jag to work.

I’m pretty sure the whole trump line was just a favor because he was very close friends with Terry Lungren. I think they only sold red ties and white dress shirts. They gave us a customer service book (anyone remember 100 ways to Make Magic??) and Trump was in it as 100 of the hundred ways. I’m pretty sure his was about appearance, either the perfect haircut or the perfect tie; either is hilarious

LOL to the person saying discontinuing Trump's line was part of our decline.... The store I worked in LITERALLY had one table of Trump ties and they were ALL RED and super long. Kind of funny to think about now. I don't think it affected sales at all.

Let me guess, the great Q1 and Q2 misses will be because of the Covid-19. Wrong... funny other retailers didnt lose as much. Nordstrom, Target and many others didnt have to Furlough. So why did Macy's then... Simple, the other ones where not already on the way down like Macys or uhm Macy's..
