Today I saw 3 associates in the backroom getting ready to make a one of them was just sitting on some pallets just talking I said nicely we don't need 3 of yall to do a bale thats a 1 person job and the trip out part about it that as a lead I don't just point out opportunities and walk away I help and work out product just like they do.

If you can't make a bale in under 10 minutes by yourself you should look for another job.
The company is afraid about people crying racism so nothing happens anymore.
I mean, the could’ve just left their boxes in receiving and went on break like normal people do...
They don't respect you and I see why. Instead of holding them accountable you come to social media and complain and cry and whine
There's a word for that. Some companies encourage it, Its called teamwork
I do not show up for a popularity contest. Respect is overrated. I collect my paycheck doing as little as possible and management never cares.
It's called stealing time. Stop complaining if you aren't going to do anything about i. They don't respect you, they probably don't even like you.

I have given up caring about our associates that stand or sit talking and talking and talking... This after working at Sam's for over 20 yrs and watching it go down hill in the last 2 years. Just the other day I commented to our manager that happens to be over safety that I didn't think we could wear open back shoes at work for safety reasons. This person, btw, had been told not to wear them by her team lead and she continues to wear them. Anyway the manager told me to get back to work and stop worrying about her. I hope a flatbed doesn't run up on her heel, hurts. even with closed shoes. What really has changed my feelings for Sam's is that I really cared about my job and doing what I was supposed to do, but when I was told that by the manager forget it. Let the people that call out and hang around talking instead of working have it. I am done!
