If anyone thinks that the leadership team at SWN is not at risk of a shareholder lawsuit for mismanagement and de-valuing of shareholder assets, they are wrong. These clowns have risen to the level of mafia con men and women who take huge salaries but generate no value for the shareholders. Guess what? There is no merger plan or acquisition target. It's all a sham to just keep Nill Pay, CC, Cecil and Julio employed for as long as possible to extract huge salaries. Why the SEC isn't investigating these rip off artists is beyond me.

Here’s a snippet from my tell all book. The problem with SWN is symbolic of America’s problem. Men without balls. I’ve been around the board table, the management table. We have a bunch of catatonic men who just nod, probably secretly opposed to their leaders edicts. This is where we are now. We are too far down the line for an about face.
Husband and kids went to Shipley donuts just now and so checked this site for the first time in months. For the gal writing the tell all book. It’s no secret that our SVP HR/Admin is well known to not flush and leave a gift for the next woman. Several times I went into a stall right behind her and then did an immediate u-turn. Thought a man had been in there. She would be welcome next door. I know there are many of us that can collaborate this little known fact.
Our industry is going thru major layoffs every week. Next week is ours and based on my calculations and the fact that our leadership has failed us miserably since 2016. Look for 15-20 percent from leadership down to the land analyst. Going to be ugly next week!
Lots of upstream oil and gas layoffs happening around our city and industry. Are we doomed as well? Severance? Will it get me through this recession? Joe Biden can put us in a better position to compete and win.

I left the company and am going to write a “tell all” book on the stupidity within SWN. I can fill up a few pages! Stay tuned. May drop a few teasers especially how layoffs were decided.

Rip off artists is right. Also, the heavy duty plumbing upgrades needed in the building to keep up with these 🤡’s filthy diets is enough for a lawsuit. The fact I’ve had to personally phone Target for Mr Way and have them deliver some fresh under shorts to the office is shameful enough. I told him to stop indulging in those egg frittatas. The last board meeting was a fiasco.
Yes yes yes! I sent out an email at work just now to 15 co-workers asking if they would join this lawsuit. All 15 said YES! Let’s do this! Please post law firm info. We will be the silent majority and defeat the pillaging of SWN!
