I see us becoming full blown alcoholics, fat, long-haired, disgruntled bunch of overworked employees - at least the ones will still be employed because we/they have to work twice as much. How does that sound?

Nike will be fine and hiring will pick up again, even going back and rehiring folks who had left previously. More parking at WHQ. Diversity initiatives will largely be toothless and unsuccessful.
I see us being more "woke" and fighting systemic racism and rallies to defund the police and supporting more BLM movements and Antifa riots. "White fragility" will be mandatory reading and Biden is our guy. I see no change in the lineup of our C level execs who are all white people except one white woman. I expect the fastest and largest D&I push in company history to promote social justice and an increase in promotions and hirings of non-whites
