So I volunteered for the RIF because I was already planning on putting in my two weeks. Does anyone have the details for timeline on the mpls non-production RIF date? There will come a point where I have to put in my 2 weeks rather than waiting but I want that sweet sweet severance

Don’t give 2 weeks notice. Just call in sick or take vacation and start the new job. Who knows, maybe you’ll get the severance 🤩
This will be a RIF at Mpls site. I heard they will not make an announcement until next week. I highly doubt they received enough volunteers to avoid involuntary RIFs. Also, I highly doubt they will wait to announce until after next week, as they will have to pay vacation time for the 4th.
Where did you get the info that there will be no RIF at the Minneapolis site? We were told there would be a RIF last Thursday in a meeting.
