Any news on commissions in women shoes or changes ?

Every store will just have 1 budget. Several positions will not be going forward. Stores will be setting up to fail. It is very sad to see. Skeleton crews and multi tasking will burn out employees. A lot of people will be losing their jobs/careers. Awful.
