My GM was letting Hourly people drive cars home, and the lot vendors. I filed a complaint to HR who found no evidence but told everyone what I did. No evidence even with time stamped camera footage showing people leaving the lot and when the next day they came back. Yes I was labeled not a team
player. Still going on, that's the SW region.
Many things get swept under the carpet. The system is broken. I have reported harassment claims about my manager. HR then takes my comments to them telling them I and trying to file a claim. That person denies it then HR tells me investigation complete no wrong doing found. They don't speak to any of the people I name as witnesses. Now that manager has a chip on their shoulder with me and I am labeled a trouble maker.
Our GM and supervisors spent everyday at lunch for hours. GM and supervisors did not go to HR and lied to use about the occurrence between a harassment threat made by a black kid on a white kid. They said HR said nothing was there but film was taken to show proof. I was told they would still investigate it but HR said there was nothing there. Well, they brushed it under the rug, the rug that was too dirty to begin with. HR is scum and GM SUPERS ARE SCUM
HA played 2 rounds of golf this week! Think I will "work" from home Monday and make it a long weekend! Thanks Hertz
Ha, Ha I made it another week as GM. I do nothing all day long. All my friends have been driving free Hertz cars for years. I get my bonus with the cooked books. I put so much c-ap on my Amex that never gets questioned. My life is sweet here in the SW.

Southwest- ZVP on the baaaaaaaaaaaaaad list!
Northeast here. Our GM in New Hampshire, Tatyana barely speaks English and has no clue how to manage anything. To communicate with us, she cuts and pastes emails from our previous GM. We are suffering to say the least. Morale is nonexistent.

Wish they would restructure the Southwest region and get rid of our ZVP! Totally worthless and has no understanding of the business! Favoritism is blatant! All those in SW Knows what I am talking about.

The Central has the worst ZVP ever!!!! Everyone else is pretty much an a– kisser. Can't speak or rank against other regions since I don't know them but for those who think they have it bad trust me its hell here!
