So with all the rumors about the mtms doing our jobs now where does that leave us?? Why are we not getting information about this from people like Scott Devine and Lance Harder with our district leaders not back from furlough? Why are we having to wait to get information about our future from the store manager? Someone who doesn't really understand our jobs by the way! Come on guys now would be a great time for a national call!!!

Any word on what the changes mean for the Facilities Management teams? Currently they are running on a skeleton crew and furloughed employees have no idea if or when they will return.
The store manager is your boss, like it or not. That’s the thing with visual people too much glue.
Yeah the visual managers are back, but I don't think any of the visual associates have been brought back. I can see visual teams being cut in half.
Our visual manager is back...not her staff.
Lance doesn’t manage the store lines, he manages the merchant side, for Scott, so if you’re a VM, you will not hear anything from him.
You are not getting information from them because the Division Visual Managers will more than likely be laid off, and most of the visual managers.
They are doing another restructuring, and visual is getting cut.
