After docu signing the severeance agreement and returning, how long does it take before severance starts? Does severarance folliw the same 2 week period as employees? Thanks to you all for your help.

Dental Insurance is included and so is Life Insurance. I am currently on severance from the RIF on 22 May. Did not miss a pay period.
Plus max severance payout would end before Q1 2021 if they finish it this week. Makes sense.
Also, my understanding from reading the paperwork is that you remain in the health insurance plan until the end of the month that your severance ends.
Does that include the dental insurance plan as well?
Severence is immediate, retirement can take a long time to start.
Did not miss any distributions. All on two week intervals.
Our experience as well.
It takes about a week or so. They’ll deposit catch-up severance when the docs are all processed/completed and then you’ll be on the regular 2 week distribution.
