Nepotism in MB space. Inside storage sellers getting promoted while not having met time in role. 2 leaders being promoted, 1 with 9 months in role, the other 3 level bump. KC definitely loves KC and anyone from legacy EMC. Moral all time low.

I know someone who got a manager job with zero skills just because his mom was a friend of hr director. Calibration is ripe, good jobs are handed to brown nosers with no knowledge or skills, then people who can do the job are assigned as their reports.
This is a common practice, no wonder Dell is in such a dire state

Most of the internal jobs in whitlow org are being handed out by the L6 managers even though more qualified people want them.

#BANH4EAD
Who is working in our team on H4EAD(wives) and husbands in the upper management or in the same department or other departments are managing jobs .These kind of people should be laid off. They did not even know minimum computer skills, they are not able to solve any problem but still managing permanent and contract jobs .So many working as developers and in other roles without any knowledge.

Should we name drop departments and initials? Lol I know a couple who thinks we’re all oblivious but really everyone’s wondering how the wife got the job(see Round Rock thread)

you mean the good old boy network? it has existed everywhere for as long as long can be. I personally think the good old boy network is not as bad at Dell as other places i have worked.
