Without any doubt this still remains one of the greatest mysteries in the history of US Banks offshoring of jobs
I do have many clients subsequently sharing their own horrifying accounts of how JP Morgan Chase and the huge injustice of having their employees and customers to endure a heavy accent, broken english, and at times non english speakers taking your calls in order to get Support over the phone.
