Indy Layoffs in the news

The WARN was common knowledge I think. Guess with this one there wasn't any way to dodge out of having to post formal notice.

I tend to agree with the last post. However, it wasn’t just Sr. Leadership not investing, it was Sr. Leadership not knowing they needed to invest, not having a clue and failing audits and losing credit cards. Every leader HAD a duty to act and they didn’t. It wasn’t that they didn’t know, they knew; they just didn’t act! We were sold out willing by weak, sad, pathetic leadership over a year and a half ago. Really ashame that we are the ones who suffer ..... the lowest people on the ladder and the people who fake it as leaders and actually got three times what they re worth got to make decisions that impact me and my family and threw us under the bus to protect themselves. ANYONE at FOS whoever thought of themselves as a leader .... you should be embarrassed .... your all just sheep who couldn’t lead a garage sale much less an audited financial services business.

It is more like shame on senior leadership for not investing in the infrastructure, and holding those purse strings a little too tight.

So many things wrong here - building, safety, audit, disgustingly dirty, outages - we all saw this coming - even our CC clients saw this coming ....This is on FS mostly for letting things place deteriorate and not taking care of things that management knew about - if you are OFS management associated with how this place was run - shame on you for the neglect!

Unfortunate! Some really good, hard working people there. Unfortunately, anybody familiar with this facility, lack of historical investment and a complete failure to recognize the need to operate it AND comply with audit standards had to see this coming. Also - this has been in discussion since April of 2019...........

Sadly there’s always a push for more layoffs before earnings. The next couple of weeks will be difficult

I think that people on here have been right. If you still work for Fiserv, find your exit. You might be next.

This is not a surprise and will continue with regularity. I would say until Frank can get another private jet but he won't stop there. Let me explain this very plainly, unless you are in his little circle, HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
