They contacted me about five weeks after my end date. Good company, good advice. I just finished with them. No job yet, but I know more now about how to network and hunt, nude keywords, etc.

I received a call 8 weeks after I sent the paper work on May 20th!

If you sent it in with your packet it may take a little longer. I emailed my paperwork, and needed to re-send the outsourcing company sheet separately. I received the welcome email about 10 days after I sent my paperwork to HR.

The resume service was a signature on a separate agreement. If all you sent in was severance you missed a sheet. Contact your HR person that executed the RIF

My access was setup in about a week and a half after sending in (in the USA)

Yes, I used them. Very helpful. Especially helpful in including "key words" within your resume that match employer's posting. Companies use computer technology to automatically screen resumes based on key words.

How long did it take them to contact you? It has been two weeks since I signed my severance.

Yes, I am currently using them. They will help you rewrite your resume and LinkedIn profile. They have multiple resources to use such as webinars and podcasts.

It’s a free service, so what do you have to lose?

No, but in fine print it says to contact your HR generalist lol.
