Went to crown forklift last week and talked to a couple people and found out which companies use their forklifts. I applied at 4 different places and come to find out that the average wage of the forklift operators is 25.00 per hour. Good riddance sams club. You've been ripping off associates too long. I have been here 18 years. Boy, I feel stupid.

@5ouf Go get certified through OSHA. The sams certification means nothing. Then get a job driving for a big shipping company. Do your research before before spouting off nonsense. If you take the time to actually do the work, you will be compensated accordingly.
I hear things like this al the time, if everyone got 25hr, just to drive a forklift, wouldn’t everyone be doing this, wake up👍,

Nobody paying 25 an hour to drive a lift if they was you would not be waiting around for 300 bucks

Job titles are meaningless nothing more than something to put on a business card and look important.
I left Sam's before the last bonus and lost it due to their eligibility rules.
My new job I make less but it is with a company that rewards for longevity and performance.
Not sure why you're waiting for the next round of bonuses. If you're going to make 25 an hour, it doesn't seem worth it to stay. Seriously, you have to look at how much you're going to lose. Do the math.
Nothing wrong with trying to better yourself and your bank account. That's what we're supposed to do.
