I am entering my 11th year here and in my experience the management has always been very opaque and closed, therefore I'd say there is no transparancy at all.
As transparent as they have always been. Why do you think anything has changed?
Well, it's Summer so it really is like they're invisible.
LOL....minimal. However, they rate much higher on the use the term transparency as a buzz word though.
