Rumor is E bands will be capped at 300K bonus... how will they make it?

b–tards....actually, these eBands shouldn’t be capped at all but removed altogether. Reason being is that they are supposed to be driving a performance based culture and with their performance in tatters for this year why would they deserve any form of bonuses. Oh yeah, this is corporate America.
The poor babies will all have to sell their beach houses and buy a smaller boat!
Remember.... they had a 7.5% pay cut.... that’s terrible
401k reductions aren’t probably in work for us
My HR contact said $500K, but close enough. Keep in mind, management also gets restricted stock equal to at least their Bonus/MIP, and usually a multiple of the bonus/MIP. They have to hold onto the restricted stock for three years, but us peons get a goose egg.
