I am an ETW on a contract. If the division I am working with is impacted and contracts are cancelled, how is that handled? Will they be paid out? Does it matter if you are hourly or otherwise? All advice appreciated.

ETWs are not Nike employees. They are employees of other companies who provide temporary workers, so they are not granted severance from Nike.
There is no etw severance. Hours worked is all. Etws are on the cut list from what I gather given no severance needs to be paid.
Nothing is paid out for ETWs. You are paid only for the hours actually worked.
