Questions like “do you feel valued?” “Do you believe transformative growth will help the company?” It came from HR but apparently not everyone got one.

Don’t be honest if it’s not what “they” want to hear. Depending on how corrupt your boss is you will be punished.
I’m debating whether to complete it or not... why is it random and not everyone got one?
I work in Law&Reg/Legal and got it, answered honestly that I do not feel valued and am not happy with anything that's been happening lately.
Shouldn’t they be transparent and tell why this isn’t a blanket survey for everyone?
A tiebreaker for the assessment?

Why are some getting surveys and others are not? What happens if you don’t complete it?
I didn’t get one but some of my coworkers did. Basically wanted to lnow if they understood what transformative growth is.
No survey that I know of for IT staff HQ. Meeting this morning though. Which sounds like the meetings field people are getting
I can tell you how HR made me feel. I went to them with an issue and they made ME feel like I was the one at fault. They talk down to you, back you into corners and intimidate you. HR at Allstate is the worst I've ever dealt with, not that I have a lot of experience with HR departments.
I guess they both be getting called to a meeting shortly.
Two of my coworkers got it. Said they took it with honesty.
