The decision makers in Aero looked around for more people to RIF and decided, hey we don’t need the advice and guidance of our Aero physician right now, let’s just get rid of that role. Just when I thought the id–ts leading Aero couldn’t do something any worse, they prove me wrong.

MM will be the new medical expert like Trump and only tell us what he wants us to hear to say it's safe to get back into sites. Oh just sign this liability waiver and also your health insurance won't cover covid-19. And if you don't sign you are terminated with no severance. Bye.
MM knows more than the doctors... ;-)
Was this a site-specific doctor or an Aero-wide one?
What a Honeywell thing to do. Right on brand.
She was probably signing the paperwork with her next employer by mid-afternoon. But, go ahead and feel sorry for her. They let a director go. Isn't that what you wanted? maybe they should have gotten rid of a few more techs or engineers from the production floor instead?
Sky harbor plant 1014 is infecting about 1 person a week, so clearly HON isn't too concerned about it.
As I said to my former colleague: it is good that you have experience working at a circus; because there is plenty of clowns and animals in this organization.
SQUAWK! wear a mask. SQUAWK! wash your hands. SQUAWK! social distance. SQUAWK! employee safety is our number one priority. SQUAWK!
A true loss for Honeywell Aero employees. Dr. H has been great to work with over the years. She’d drop everything to help employees when needed.
Our Aero Medical Director is not an "really expensive parrot". She is an experienced doctor that cares about people and is the best we've ever had. Her willingness to listen to me about the latest pre-hospital care for our colleagues and be flexible with medical directives for the best patient care across Aero is second to none. We saved a life because Dr. H gave me and my team the latitude we needed. We're going to be much worse off losing Dr. H.
Wall Street is the only "doctor" they take advice from.
She was one of the good ones and actually cared about people. Pretty sure the ALT didn’t take her advice anyway, she’ll be a lot happier at a company that appreciates her.
To be fair, they probably didn't need to pay him for being a really expensive parrot.
