We've all heard about the severance packages and the updates to the Severance Plan but I'd also like to know if any early retirement packages are being offered to those who are eligible?

No. They rewrote the severance plan this month. They would never do a VTO in the claims department because everyone would take it

If you refuse or don't take the assessment as assigned then you get no severance benefits and I would assume this would be a "for cause" termination which would mean no unemployment.
My understanding if you choose NOT to take the Assessment, you will receive a 0% that will roll into the calculation. This could take care of the VTO option for those that want to be part of the RIF.
Even if everyone asks, I guarantee TW, GS, and EB won’t discuss it
Last I heard there were no voluntary packages offered and no early retirement as they wanted to pay out as little in severance and early retirement benefits as possible. But who knows with this mess.
