If you go to the official Honeywell site; then go to “Leadership”; you will see the pictures of 16 people who need to be laid off. These are the members of Derrière Adamczyk’s buttheads. When they have their meetings everyone first turns and kisses the a– of the person on their right. Then after 15 minutes they turn and kiss the a– off the person to their left. When this a– kissing is complete they line up to caress and kiss Derrière’s a–. Through their wonderful leadership, Honeywell has significantly underperformed the market. Anyone else at the company would have been put on a PIP and let go by now. If that were to happen to this group, the only noticeable effect would be 16 less direct deposits each month.

I noticed 7 of 16 had their arms crossed. Good article here: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/spycatcher/201410/9-truths-exposing-myth-about-body-language
"Masking Insecurity. People who feel insecure may cross their arms so as to not feel exposed. In their famous 1960 presidential debate, Richard Nixon crossed his arms when talking to John F. Kennedy off the air—perhaps because, as his biographer noted, Nixon always felt insecure around “Ivy league types,” even though he was Vice President at the time and had international stature."
