I asked my IT supervisor if she planned to retool herself and learn programming. My IT supervisor said she would rather get a package then have to learn how to code, hence thats what the leadership chapter is for. So much for fostering a "growth mindset" in IT.
Granted that's what happens when you hire former liberal arts majors to do IT. The only question they are truly qualified to answer is, was it awkward to move back in with your parents after graduation? Just saying.
