"good grief we are in a pandemic where EVERYONE is working from home and needs internet access and att cannot make a profit doing that? something is seriously wrong with senior leadership."

When DSL is your biggest weapon and your fiber footprint is tiny, you're going to have a hard time competing with the cable companies that offer faster Internet for the same or less money.

T should have started deploying fiber to the home 20 years ago. They didn't and now it's time to pay the piper. This is what happens when you manage against a quarterly spreadsheet.

employers who are losing customers, cannot innovate, cannot serve customers honestly cut 401k matching other companies who don't those things increase the matching because they are getting customers and providing top notch customer service. good grief we are in a pandemic where EVERYONE is working from home and needs internet access and att cannot make a profit doing that? something is seriously wrong with senior leadership.

Congrats to The McElfresh for hitting a Net Promoter Milestone, and reducing the Net detractor element, Sometimes it can be hard to quantify greatness.
After identifying them, and promoting the next generation leadership team he believes that
"A business with a high NPS is more likely to thrive and expand than one with a low NPS"
