Since the stock price has been down for an extended period, the executives are having their equity repriced at a lower number. Meaning worthless shares are suddenly in the money. And in the money shares are worth way more. So sorry for your ESPP shares underwater, no help for you. These guys never lose

Yes, I'm just thankful that I am an executive. It's great to be cared for by your employer. We were also recently cleared to use the company jets for personal use because they don't want us flying commercial and getting infected.
