Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

New update today 8/25/20

We were told today that Texas (Dallas) LDU adjusters are now going to be claim loaded with Arkansas and Tennessee LDU claims. I'm not in LDU so I didn't get more than that. I don't know if that means Texas LDU is safe? Does that mean AR and TN are not? Or vice versa. Not sure if anyone in LDU can shed more light. I'm assuming the claim loading will continue down the line of claims to BI and then litigation.

Any word about Nashville, TN and Metairie, LA MCOs and how the Zones will operate?

These areas have all been working on cross-country licensing for over a year now. I was part of the group organizing it all. If an adjuster became licensed for another state and didn’t expect to start getting claims from that state, I don’t know what to tell you.

Dallas MCO, Irving is one of the Hub offices - Charlotte, Dallas, Chandler, somewhere in IL and maybe one other. They aren’t going to let go LDU Adjuster’s in any of these offices.

I am not sure what that means either. I am in NJ I had to take the test to become a Texas adjuster since before COVID were were told we were going to be grouped by region and handle other 50% comp neg states like Texas and the midwest.
