Its sad you literally see a manager walk by the baller 5 times trash,plastic,and pallets are everywhere and they do nothing about it and walk right back to the front and sit in the office and soon as they get a suprise visit from corporate we all get thrown under the bus.

These Mangers are then hired by Rural King and they do the exact same thing also. Everyone gets blamed while they sit on their butts in an office.
Not at all my experience Sam's in Missouri. My managers and team leads are very down to earth treat us great always nice.

Team leads are rude and yell at team members.

It's a joke! If you're not in the click, you are out! Mgr never gave me time of day, like he was p-ss-d off that I was there. One night after closing, I heard laughing. I looked over and mgr was laughing with a young associate. As soon as he saw me, he stopped laughing! Another thing -supervisors would forget about you for lunch and regular breaks. I almost fainted a few times because mo onr would relieve you for these brraks but got written up if you worked past 6 hours without lunch break. Finally just said goodbye. Its ridiculous! Sam's used to be my favorite store. Now I only do online shopping so I wont have to go in and see those managers!

Those words are so true I work for Sam’s Club to and they run you around like crazy everywhere the supervisors and the managers force you to get classes and credits and a scanning up
They raise up the pay to $15 for the cashier and they expect you to get five scan and go five places and five credits each day and if you don’t get it they fire you
How is Sam's to work for? I just read the Barnes & Noble page and it's like a bomb went off in hell
So now I'm looking for a place where they actually treat you fairly.
Here is the thing, they hold associates to standards they themselves don't or can't meet. If a regular associate were to do that they would be fired. They need understand that they are not that special the eat,sleep and breathe just like all of us.
Same exact thing at my club. They have over the last year brought in a bunch of id–t managers that do absolutely nothing all day and never miss a chance to bug you about something they think you missed. They talk down to senior associates like they are dumb. I want so much to say "Yeah I think I know what I am doing, I have been doing it for 12 years, and thats 7 years longer than you office bums have been with the company."
In my club our managers walk around the store with their favorite associate doing nothing all day lol, few years ago they got rid of bad managers and they got worse ones.
Our manager hides most of the day. And when he is out on the floor he is on his cell constantly. Such a disappointment.
