Why do so many people post stuff that is irrelevant. This cr@p proves that UP needs to lighten the load. To wit, I am not a manager and could care less about the success of this this company. Actually, if a nuclear bomb was dropped on the glass palace, I would do summer saults. Of course the building would need to be empty; no deaths please.
Getting back on topic. There are more posts to UP then all other railroads combined. So therefore, something is going on. And this needs to be evaluated.
But when one studies the grips and gripes, it falls flat due to the non-intelligence of those posting their grievance.
The answer? Think about your articulated rhetoric. And make it interesting for all others to comprehend you mo–ns.
