Who is responsible for doing the first of the month audits in the fresh departments? The team leads or the associates? Or both?

If no points on call outs. OT will last a long time.
In my store at least it is the leads responsibility. Usually I’ll volunteer to come in early to help out.
Overtime’s not going to last forever.
Leads are responsible for making sure they are done. If the Lead delegates the execution to an Associate, so be it but the Leas is responsible for ensuring it is done and done correctly.
Managers look after any extreme overages and shortages.
