Just officially found out for those on commissions that you have only 30 days after your last day (Oct 5.) to have your FY 20 and 21 bookings to ship in order To receive commissions on those earned booking dollars. With the Covid-19 supply chain issues and very extended lead times many booked orders will not ship in time to meet the 30 deadline. Cisco should make an exception because the supply chain is severely impacted beyond anyone’s control. Do you think CHuck or Gerri are aware and will they do anything. These are commissions earned by the sales people and will not receive them.

Glad you don’t work in sales. I don’t but I help account teams all the time. We have to work like dogs to win a customers trust.

Thats great that you found this out, I have the same question into HR/Commission support and the response back was "I dont know what the ER package is".
Oh they are aware and don’t care. Cisco always finds ways to get out of paying full commission when employees are departing...doesn’t matter who initiated the departure.
