Quality costs money. This why Walmart (and Sam's) always get the bottom of the barrel managers. They pay squat. Anyone with two brain cells to rub together knows it's not worth it to be a SM or CM. It's like being a politician. If you really want that job, then you'll be in it only for yourself and lousy at it.
You pay peanuts, you get monkeys as the saying goes.

If HO was smart they'd get rid of the worthless, throw their weight around (literally) team leads and some assistants. But HO has shown over and over and over again how stupid and gutless they are. Absolutely nothing surprises many on how shi**y this place has become or what kind of slop they will throw around next!
