Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

2 pay rolls

Is it legal to be on 2 payrolls at the same time? Only considering this because of annual bonus

It has to violate Federal or States laws to be illegal.
Definitely legal as long as you pay your taxes.

It may however breach clauses in your employment contract leading to termination

You are implying an Intel payroll and "Company B" payroll. If you're talking Uber, it's probably OK as long as you prioritize Intel work. If your an exempt employee, Intel will probably frown upon any 2nd jobs, if they find out. The other company may feel the same way.

Why are you questioning if it is legal(It certainly is).

Now if you are asking if it is against some Intel policy, perhaps, is it ethical(Are you literally fulfilling two jobs?) this is something easy to prove in contract positions with clear expectations. For 2 non-exempt salaries applied to one individual, that does not compute. Tread carefully, if you are in the clear have no fear, if you are getting double dip pay, good chance once they figure it out they will come at you for the back pay at a minimum and possibly terminate if they think it was intentional.
