I’m in one of the above mentioned MCO’s. We were also told work load balancing. Our territory is several states but the AZ office is allegedly only helping with Colorado specific claims. Not the whole territory. Feels like we may be getting pushed out.
Yeah right. Work load balancing? To be done more and more off shore So long American customer service over the phone jobs. They are training India employees now to speak better English. ..... and the computer for self service.
Increasing efficiency while reducing costs. Cheaper to get people to work in AZ than in WA or CO. Going south. First stop AZ TX ....second stop INDIA
Chandler is taking the overflow of claims for those states. It’s something to do with work load balance within the zone.
A little confused..does that mean they closed the Colorado office or that Colorado Was and Chandler are all like handling each others claims as well.

We’re those affected in the LDU handling Colorado and WA LDU claims before they went to Chandler told ? Why doesn’t the company communicate these changes to all in the CSA’s? We are one Allstate ?? Thanks for the secrecy leadership. You flop as true leaders.
