I've read some posts that mentioned employees using another carrier and/or mobile virtual network operator for service. Can someone share? Consumer Cellular? After 12+ years as a L2 I'm looking around for opportunities. It would be nice to have a plan for moving five lines without losing the hefty discount. Thanks!

MVNOs all the way baby. Visible is only $25/mo (inclusive of taxes & fees) if you party up with 3 people, unlimited everything with hotspot. Use reddit.com/r/visiblepartypay to find people to party with if you don't have enough lines on your own.
9 lines unlimited data $186.29/month. That’s $20 a line. Do tell how that isn’t a deal? Because you id–ts get a new phone every 6 months at $1000 a clip and have financing up to your eyeballs you think you are overpaying? Try paying cash for your phone or buying one you can afford.
TMO is very good though data is better at AT&T. But to save $40 per month with 3 lines is worth it.
I completely ended that toxic relationship when they laid me off.. I’ve switched to Cox and Verizon.
Mint because it's one of the only discount prepaids that allows international calling AND roaming options. I pay $150 every 6 months and get 8G per month data - more than I need.
Yahoo mobile - $35 unlimited on Verizon’s network
Mint mobile
I'm the OP, many thanks for the helpful info. Looking into Consumer Cellular, it will work best in my situation.
When my surplus comes through in a couple of months I'm moving to Consumer Cellular.
I just converted over to the over 55 T-mobile deal. 2 lines, $70/autopay. The AT$T "discount" is not a discount.
I am using Consumer Cellular
@1mro+16HxB4Ct - that is that brilliant AI the nwo cesspool att is coming up with. It will always work in their favor and they don't know how to stop it.
att automation is a joke.
AT&T couldn't do anything about stopping the automatic charges to their credit card because of Coronavirus.

Go to TMobile #2 wireless. Great service
Tmobile - 5 lines for $145 with autopay, unlimited data and hotspot on each line. Free international sms too, I think.
I am trying Consumer Cellular. They run on both T Mobile and AT&T. Since T recently significantly cut my income, and our discount on bad service is gone, we wanted to move to T Mobile. We both have unlocked Moto G phones, but I found mine isn't compatible with T Mobile VoLTE, so we are going one each. 2 lines $43/ month for both, don't need unlimited everything, and unemployment doesn't pay very well, anyway.
Won’t be hard just do some digging the discount blows at att
If you are over 55 T-mobile has the best deal. 2 lines, $70/autopay. Unlimited everything. Got a promo in the mail the other day was only $65
