She is very family oriented and it’s so surprise to anyone in L & R that she retired.
Who retired?
Are folks within your organization looking for alternative employment? Do you think folks would be interested in seeking a Work at Home opportunity to do Licensed Health plans for "warm" inbound calls?
She didn't resign, she retired and will be here thru the end of the year. If I had the means to do so, I'd do the exact same thing.
Get your facts straight.
OP if you are stating that a lawyer, no less an officer with Allstate, retired as a selfless act I have some land I want to sell you.
She no doubt, found a better place. I doubt it was out of sacrifice.
