ALR... The division of the company i wish didn't even exist. Agents are forced the write the product Wells Fargo style, it's a pain in the a– to write because the employees are incompetent, the products aren't competitive at all. Only reason agents write this product is to make our bonus on P&C. Otherwise, we hate it.
Are these lay-off because or in spite of Allstate Deathbed insurance fraud on the helpless dying in pain?

We just had an all ALR employee meeting today. My area had layoffs a few weeks before transformative growth was announced. Very unexpected.
We were told today we aren’t on the same time table as PPO. So while their layoffs are supposed to be done by September we have zero idea what is going on. They said it’ll go into next year for us and they will “continue to evaluate through next year.”
We are already pretty lean but I’m sure they are just itching to lay more people off.
Also we went to zones beginning of this year. Now even tho the property side just went o zones they are different so we have to align with them. Completely stupid. Why should we have to do it twice?!
