Here in NY we will soon have a shortage of reps working in the retail stores. The combination of parents having to stay home because of remote learning, reps transferring to telesales and that crazy reduced head count initiative will leave stores scrambling to fill shifts. The 4th quarter sounds like it’s going to be fun and......miserable. You know how it’s easier to manage a retail location with a thin staff ? Close on Sunday’s and reduce the hours open on the weekdays.

Seems like it would be easier, and more cost effective, to simply close stores.
The appointment game will start next week anyone walking up for anything other than a sale will be told to go home and make an appointment! This shift in doing things is because you have to have 2 shifts a day because of expanded hours and less staff to cover the hours? Sending people home to make appointment should to come back should eliminate the 10s and 9 scores fom the general public! These people have no idea whats happening in the stores
