Any one from xbs gotten their offer letter from xerox?

Before I left I was told the offer letter was going to xbs technicians and their managers. I had thought it went out over a month ago. It's to bring the technicians under one organization.
What kinds of people from XBS would have gotten this offer letter from Xerox? What positions? And what did the offer letter state?

It would not surprise me if there is a long tenure employee reduction bonus program, a bounty of sorts.
I was with Xerox direct (not a core) and was thrown over to HCL. I’ve been told unofficially that Xerox doesn’t want anyone back from HCL. It seems like it was a quick way of doing a lay-off without calling it one. A lot of tenure and skills where just thrown away so a VP could get their bonus.
what for? are there no longer going to be core employees?
