I’m puzzled that he and his buddies aren’t getting any pay cuts and continuity of the dividend payments seems to benefit them even more! I could see why he would rather sacrifice relative low wage worker bees than himself. Won’t be surprise if he steps down when only bones are left on the table for us..
Let's be fair, Darren is a fine leader. He just happen to be in a tough environment situation. The situation is bad across the entire energy sector. He is actually taking action and improving the cost structure.
Darren Woods is hiding under his desk. Probably in the fetal position. Real leaders have credibility, but then again XOM doesn't have leaders. Just a bunch of yes men going by a play book.
