He didn't mention the "blacks" nor the "browns". Somebody must have suggested to shut up about race

They mentioned they had "technical difficulties" and won't be releasing the recording and will just do a recap article. Unsurprisingly they didn't include Tom Wilson joking about taking the assessment and how he got his results... The CEO is considered a technical difficulty and yet I'm the one being laid off. Lol sounds about right

Tom’s always reminded me of Howdy Dudy (for those of you old enough to know who that is).
I know we all are impacted by this reduction in employee numbers and I am included in it as well. The leadership never seemed intoxicated to me. It may and is seemed as ‘Not Fair’ that despite making record profit the organization is reducing employee during pandemic resulting in high competition for all of the open positions that are out there. Being respectful of each-other and showing compassion is what we can do at this point including leveraging job market and keep applying to everything we come across and position (hopefully) ourselves for better future. Its hard to stay positive and motivated especially when I read these messages here people are griping at each other, etc. instead of supporting the larger Allstate Family (former or current). I do agree that the company should share the results, so we can possibly utilize to learn more about ourselves and grow professionally or at individual level.
He mentioned that he took the assessment and was able to view his results. Yet, we will never know our results which I think is wrong.
Like usual, he seemed professional on this one. Nobody knows if he was actually drunk or not on the other one. It's possible he was just having a bad day and people are just spreading rumors because they're mad at the company right now.
