Rumor has it management is sick of fighting the union just to get people to work. More work going to proxemity where they can collect, sell and assist with billing.

Pay us a respectable ESIPP and we will all just leave ... why is this so hard to understand? The company gives insane amounts of money to leadership that has never lead ... pay the common worker a nice SIPP to leave once and for all!
If it is truly in-fact coming to a bargained for employee near you, please, let’s have it already! I’m so fed up with this nonsense and very ready and willing to accept a severance package at this point in my job which used to be a career!
Does this mean T is about to start laying off union workers? This doesn’t makes sense because T is outsourcing less and less work trying to keep most of it in-house and is still hiring technicians to prove their intent!
